Premier Krakow Hotel

I had a lovely stay with great breakfast choices, and the spacious restaurant was a treat! The pool was a nice bonus for my kids, but it could've been cleaner.

The actual location is not great - to far from the city to walk and not a pleasent area.The hotel was empty of guests, the staff apperaed bored but were mostly helpful. The pool area was nothing like it suggests in the hotel pictures, and the Spa next door was dirty and staff there were unhelpful.

Aw man, the pool was closed which was a real bummer for a family trip. But I've got to say, the staff were super friendly was good.

Facilities & services were very good. The willingness of the staff to help was exceptional. The hotel employees were excellent.

Most of my activity was in central Krakow, so continually getting taxis to and from the hotel was always a bit of a problem. However, the hotel staff were always able to call and book a taxi whenever it was required.

Enchanting and absolutely fabulous hotel, we liked this place.

everything was excellent, nice staff, marvellous location short walk to a single stream, a downtown and big shopping mall. provided breakfast was the best with a very large selections of food and fully cooked, exceeded our expectations. the service offered was excellent, the room was quiet with bathroom and several electrical sockets.

The restaurant serves gourmet meals (not necessarily a minus, but I prefer classic food); the location in not great and access to the city center is cumbersome.

Good staff, free but slow wireless.

Unusable shower - almost boiling water constantly waving to icy cold and back. Expensive parking lot, high prices in the restaurant. Breakfast quite good but not suitable for four stars. Located a bit far from the city centre.

Room needed toiletries replenishment more frequently.

Prices in bar / restaurant way too high.

Check in was very efficient

The to the hotel related pool was very dirty and very poor equipped. Although it is a private ownership pool the hotel website mentions it as their facility. Also the breakfast is by far not representing the four star status of the hotel.

I really enjoyed the enchanting and absolutely fabulous hotel.

Lovely modern design, exceptionally clean and food delicious. We were more than happy with the hotel which exceeded our expectation

Just a bit too far out from the centre of Krakow but the Krakow Shuttle service was fantastic
